The Gibraltar-Israel Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Consul of Honour celebrated Yom Yerushalim with a gala dinner at the fabulous 5* Sunborn Yach Hotel for over 140 distinguished members of our community. We were honoured to host Rony-Yedidya-Clein, Director of Public Diplomacy at the Israeli Embassy in London as well as his Excellency Governor of Gibraltar and Lady Davis. It was heart-warming to hear both Governor Davis and Minister for Health & Environment, the Hon. John Cortes, praising the work of Gibrael, the contribution of the Jewish community to Gibraltar, and the beacon of light that Jerusalem symbolises to all religions. Next year in Jerusalem!!
